Account Specialist

Client Services

Our Client Services team is extremely vital to securing and retaining accounts and sales volume for our organization. Key functions include providing the highest levels of customer service via phone and email communications, administering complex details of multiple uniform programs specific to each client, while balancing and multi-tasking various priorities in supporting sales efforts and resolving internal and external inquiries or concerns.

Essential Functions

  • Maintains a firm working knowledge of our offered products, customization methods, client programs, web stores, and fulfillment lead times;
  • Utilizes effective communication via incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails to strengthen relationships with clients while proactively providing order status reports and updates;
  • Responds to client inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously, providing all information required for full resolution;
  • Submits client orders, providing all details necessary to process orders accurately and on time;
  • Reviews order status and inventory reports weekly to ensure deadlines are met and backorder dates are promptly communicated;
  • Regularly confers with internal sales representatives and sourcing team to stay up-to-date on clients’ unique uniform programs and deadlines, as well as manufacturing lead times;
  • Prepares product selections and substitutions, digital presentations, and sample shipments as required;
  • Adheres to prescribed profit margins when preparing pricing for products and programs;
  • Develops and maintains proficiency in all available software and electronic resources;
  • Works closely with other Account Specialists and departments to ensure the highest levels of customer service standards are being delivered;
  • Consistently adheres to company policies, procedures, and standards of operation;
  • Completes all other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • At least (3) three years of experience in customer service, order processing or similar role
  • Up-to-date skills that require daily utilization/creation in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as Zendesk and other manufacturing systems
  • Organized, multi-task oriented, client and team centric while able to work independently
  • Account management and/or sales experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Knowledge of apparel and/or fashion industries
